Assessment Center

The Assessment Center provides evaluation and assessment for all individuals (youth & adult) requesting access to services for substance abuse.  Services offered include screening, psychosocial evaluation and on-site urinalysis.  Clients evaluated are given recommendations for treatment services based on information that the client has provided, urinalysis and client need.  Clients may be self-referred, court ordered, or referred by DUI agencies, Florida Department of Children & Families, Florida Department of Corrections, Florida Department of Juvenile Justice and other community organizations.  Phones are manned between 8:30AM-5:00PM (M-F) and appointment are set between 11:00AM and 8PM.
