This is a unique 24-bed transitional residential rehabilitation facility for homeless veterans that provides housing and support for individuals with substance abuse and mental health issues who may also suffer from brain injury, stroke, epilepsy, amputation, orthopedic problems or other neurological problems.  The partnering agencies for this facility are:  ACTS, James A. Haley VA Hospital, Epilepsy Services of West Central Florida, Self-Reliance, Inc. Center for Independent Living, and the Brain Injury Association of Florida.  Services are provided for homeless veterans from the SunCoast Region.
