​ACTS is one of the largest and most comprehensive community behavioral health organizations for youth in the Tampa Bay area offering a continuum of services and best practices to individuals and families in a variety of settings, including inpatient and outpatient detox, residential rehabilitation, outpatient treatment and recovery support services.  Programs offer individualized, person-centered care and have specialized staff to meet the needs of youth, families and more. JUVENILE ASSESSMENT CENTERS (JAC)


ACTS manages the Juvenile Assessment Centers in Hillsborough and Polk County, are central receiving, processing, assessment, and intervention programs that bring community services for young offenders and truants in a multi-agency collaborative at single locations. JUVENILE ADDICTIONS RECEIVING FACILITY (JARF) (Detox Services)

The JARF is  a 24-hour, secure substance abuse receiving facility providing emergency assessment, detoxification, stabilization, and short term (1-5 days) residential treatment for male and female adolescents 12-17 years old. Click here to learn more about ACTS JARF program. 



OUTPATIENT TREATMENT SERVICES

The program is designed to provide treatment and supportive services for substance abuse and co-occurring related disorders to help individuals and their families through the recovery process. Components of outpatient treatment include aftercare, which is offered to all before discharge from other treatment programs in order to continue recovery gains and prevent relapse, and recovery support services, which includes individual and group counseling and linkage to community resources. This program is particularly good for persons who are in the early stages of substance misuse, and those who have had good recovery but relapsed.
